Platte River Gold
A clean, golden lager with a whisper of toast and a finish that makes you reach for another. Brewed for long afternoons on the patio.
High Plains Hop Storm
Resinous pine, grapefruit peel, and a resinous bitterness that lands clean. Hopped with Cascade, Centennial, and a dash of Mosaic.
Foothills Velvet Stout
Silky oatmeal body, dark chocolate, and a hint of espresso. A cold-weather companion that works just as well at room temperature.
Sunflower Haze
Juicy, hazy, and unapologetically soft. Mango, passionfruit, and a pillowy mouthfeel that disappears one pint at a time.
Olive Street Amber
Named after the street we call home. Caramel malt sweetness balanced by a dry, bready finish. The kind of beer you could drink forever.

A brewery built for the people who live here
South Platte Brewery started with a simple idea: a place where Milliken and the surrounding communities could gather, unwind, and enjoy beer that was made with real intention — not just made nearby.
We brew on-site, source locally when we can, and treat every pint like it's going to someone's favorite chair on a Friday night. Our taproom is loud enough for a birthday and quiet enough for a first date. There's always a game on, but there's always room at the bar for a conversation too.
